Another famous shrine of this town is the shrine of Hazrat Shah Paran (RA). Colorful monipuri, khasia and garo tribes live in sylhet. Monipuri tribal maidens are famous for their dance. Sylhet is also wellknown for its wide variety of exquisite gandicrafts of cane and bamboo.Sylhet is linked with Dhaka by rail, road and air.
