Dear friends, Please don't do your financial transfer or any activity through PAYONEER . Just 3 days back I have been victim of hacking my PAYONEER account. The hackers took 1000 USD which was just transferred from my Upwork account.

The hacker changed the password and also the password resetting tool, which is date of birth for all PAYONEER account.

From my view Payoneer is the most insecure financial service, where hacking is just a kids play.

Because,

1. You can reset password of any PAYONEER account just by putting the Date of Birth- which is in most cases is very easy to get.

2. Another weak feature of PAYONEER is, you can do the transfer in only 30 mins. It maybe a great feature when you really need the money fast. But a very bad feature as, your hard earning money is already transferred, even before you realize, your account is hacked.

3. Another bad thing about PAYONEER is, slow customer support response. The moment I realized my account is hacked I was calling their customer support phone line for stolen cad. But no one responded.

4. The CHAT option is not readily found in the PAYONEER customer support page. So after browsing in Google I found it, but it was too late.

WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED, MY TOTAL MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PAYONEER ACCOUNT OF THE HACKER.

6:25 PM - I found my PAYONEER account is hacked.
6:35 PM- The hacker Made a payment order for all available balance - which was 997 USD, to their PAYONNER account.
6:37 PM- They approve the order using my account.
7:05 PM- The Total amount was transferred to their PAYONEER account.

The full sequence I was watching helplessly from my mail account, nothing to do, no control over my account, nothing.

Contacting the customer support, they only said they were sorry, no intention to return the money back to the account, or taking any action against the hackers. Even 3 days after the hacking, I did not get any feedback or any message about my hacked account or money from PAYONEER customer support.

So, Today I broke my PAYONNER card, and deleted all it's account information from all my computers. Goodbye PAYONEER, the worst and most insecure financial service I have ever experienced.
