I dont know is it right thing to post or not. Any way, i am a regular visitor of techtunes.io. and i really like this site very very much. But now i am here with a problem. I dont know is it a problem actually or just i am not understanding. You friends (with honor) going to help me inshallah.

coming to the point.

Few days back my sister bought a laptop of dell vostro 1014. I tried it and just got nice to work with it. But it was installed windows XP. But my sister was interested with windows 7. So i installed windows 7 in the laptop. That is not the problem. I have experience of that as i am using 7 in my desktop. Problem is that i could not find the webcam icon or default 7 program for capturing pictures or videos. Although i managed it some how. But i want to khow is there any default option for capturing just like it was in XP in my computer window. Another problem is that while it was windows XP, there was an application for Wi-Fi to access or for searching the WLAN network. But now in 7 the application is not running or i should say i tried but i could not install it, shows error. may be its a system incompatibility. although the wi fi icon is continuously blinking. In the network section there is a network type wireless network. But it did not allow to refresh or search for network. Please any one can help me? I want to make sure that i did not make any problem with the laptop. I know its not any type of hardware problem its may be because of appropriate driver or its perfectly normal in win 7 because win 7 itself has default programs for blue tooth wifi modems etc. I should mention that there is no problem with blue tooth. May be i am not understanding the process of refreshing wifi in win 7. And i am not in dhaka if i want to have service then i have to go dhaka. Its not possible for me now or there is no problem actually may be. So help me to be sure. Any other way you can help me.
