আমাদের দেশে সামপ্রতিক ৩জি তরঙ্গ চালু হয়েছে ৫টি Speed নিয়ে তা হলো: (১)256 kbps (২)512 kbps (৩)1 mbps (৪)2 mbps (৫)4 mbps  যা  ইতিমধ্য ঢাকা ও চট্রগ্রাম সহ কিছু কিছু জায়গায় চালু হয়েছে এবং এর মধ্যে নানা রকম মূল্যের মধ্যদিয়ে এক অপরের মধ্যে চলছে হাড্ডাহাড্ডি লড়াই আর এই লড়াই কেবল মাত্র শুরু হয়েছে গ্রামীনফোন ও টেলিটক এই দুই অপারেটরের মধ্যে আশারাখি আর ১ মাসের মধ্যে সকল অপারেটরের মধ্যে এই লড়াই চলবে। যার কারনে হয়তো ৩জি মূল্য একটু হলেও কমবে। আর কথা না বাড়িয়ে আসুন দেখা যাক ৩জি চলতি এই দুই অপারেটরের মধ্যে ৩জি  সকল পেকেজের মূল্য ও এর পার্থ্ক্য।

The speed will be 512Kbps for above data plan.
To subscribe any data pack, type "Subscription Code" and Send to 111. For example, to subscribe 30GB data pack for 30days, type D32 and send to 111.
SMS charge is FREE for subscribing the data pack.
After exhaustion of data volume, subscriber will be notified through SMS. If subscriber doesn't subscribe any data plan, Pay Per Use 1Paisa/15KB will be activated.
This promotional data plan offer will exist till October 31, 2013 from date of commence.

* Unlimited carries data upto 25GB after that fair usages policy will be applicable for subscription code D17.
** Unlimited carries data upto 30GB after that fair usages policy will be applicable for subscription code D32.

To subscribe any 3G prepaid data plan, on SMS option Type “subscription Code” and send to 111. For example, to subscribe Monthly 2GB Data plan for 512kbps speed, Type D20 & send to 111.
After exhaustion of data pack within validity time 1paisa/10KB will be charged. After validity period if any other data pack is not subscribed by the way of recursion or by manually, Pay Per Use policy will be applicable till subscriber subscribes to any other data plan.
If any volume is not used during the validity period, it will expire and will not be carried over to the next cycle.
The default data speed is up to 512kbps and can be enhanched up to 2Mbps as per data bundle pack.
For Unlimited package, fair policy will be applicable.
To check the Usage of Volume Bundled Package write 'u' and send SMS to 111 and to know the balance dial *152#.
SMS Charge not applicable.
15% VAT will be included.

3G POSTPAID BROADBAND

Tariff/Charges:

* Unlimited carries data upto 30GB after that fair usages policy will be applicable for subscription code F3.
** Unlimited carries data upto 35GB after that fair usages policy will be applicable for subscription code F8.
*** Unlimited carries data upto 40GB after that fair usages policy will be applicable for subscription code F11.

::Note:

To subscribe to any post paid data plan, write 'subscription code' and send to 111. For example: subscribe to monthly 3GB data plan with 512kbps speed, write F4 and send to 111.
After exhaustion of data pack within validity time 1paisa/25KB will be charged. After validity period if any other data pack is not subscribed by the way of recursion or by manually, Pay Per Use policy will be applicable till subscriber subscribes to any other data plan.
If any volume is not used during the validity period, it will expire and will not be carried over to the next cycle.
For Unlimited package, fair usage policy will be applicable.

Speeds tiers refer to maximum ceiling of the respective speed tier. Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset used, website visited, distance from BTS etc.
Extra usage fee of BDT 0.01/10KB applicable for volume based packs.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applicable for Heavy Browsing (after 8 GB) & Smart Packs (after 1.5 GB).
In order to make a 3G video call, it is necessary that your handset have a front-camera and also have the video call feature. Video call does not use data channels on Grameenphone 3G network; however, separate per minute video call charge will be applicable.
To stop auto renewal feature, write “off” & send to 5000 number.
Only applicable for area which falls under 3G coverage zone.
