I have a GP prepaid sim with internet package ''P3'', which i used to browse 24 hours @350TK / MONTH. I used that package for so many months after offering that package. Same as previous months, last month (November) I renewed p3 for 21.10.2009 to 22.11.2009. On the expire date (22.11.09) i send a SMS TO 5000 with 0.00 balance in my mobile account. After few second, a SMS replyed from 5000 as '' Your Interner package p3 is not renewed due to insufficient balance. But when I tryed to renew p3 on DECEMER 05 WITH ACCOUNT BALANCE 350TK, P3 did not active. I call to 121 and said the history and customer manager said that it is possible to reactivate p3. After few minutes I again call to 121 and another c.manager said that there is no chance to reactivate. The fact is that two different customer manager said two different things. One said possible and another one is said not possible. I am now using p6 with that sim. To reactivate p3, now what can i do ? Please help me.
