In the home versions, both Duke and Shuko, are playable by entering a secret code. (To play as duke or shuko do the following:
Change the machine into console in machine setting
Now at the character select highlight billy 3sec, then marian 3sec, then chung fu 3sec, then jimmy 3sec, do it right and you will hear "bingo" and there you go shuko and duke will appear good luck)

To Play this game in your PC follow the instruction :

1. First download NeoRAGEx5.0 by Md Tanvir Ahmed http://www.emuzonebd.blogspot.com
2.   Extract it and you will get 9 folder and file
3. Then download doubledr.zip
4. After download copy it to the rom directory you got from the first file.
5. Then click on NeoRAGEx5.0 exe
6. Then Setup Control to play with keyboard or joystic.

To Play this game on Android Just follow the instruction 1 :

1.   First download Mame for Android
2. Then install and open it
3. Then a pop up message will display click ok then minimize it by pressing home button.
4. Then download  doubledr.zip
5. And also download Neogeo.zip
6. Then open explorer
7. Copy bjourney.zip and Neogeo.zip
8. Paste it to ROMs/MAME4all/roms here
9. Then open Mame4all and play the game without any problem.

To Play this game on Android Just follow the instruction 2 :

1. First download neo.emu.apk
2. Then install open it
3. Minimize it by pressing home button.
4. Then download  doubledr.zip
5. And also download neogeo.zip
6. Then keep this two file doubledr.zip and neogeo.zip  in a folder
7. Then open neo.emu
8. Teen click load game
9. Then find the folder you kept two file
10.  Click on Top Hunter and start playing.
11. Press (select and start) at the same time for cheat menu
12. Use A for ok and C for back

Or simply download this games Double Dragon for your android

If first time can't play and say rom not found then exit and again open neo.emu and then select Double Dragon and play.
