সকল কে শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়ে শুরু করছি আমার প্রথম টিউন। অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোন বা ট্যাবলেট ব্যাবহারকারীরা অনেক সময় ই GOOGLE PLAY STORE থেকে SOFTWARE UPDATE বা INSTALL করতে গেলে নীচের  মতো একটা ERROR MESSAGE পেয়ে থাকেন।

আমি এ বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার এর সহজ পদ্ধতি SHARE করব। আপনি নীচের ধারাবাহিক পদ্ধতি গুলো অনুসরণ করুণ।

1.Go to system settings>> Accounts>>Google>>remove your G-mail account

2.Now from settings>>Apps>>All> Clear data, Cache and Force stop  নিচের  a, b, c, d সবগুলোর জন্য করুন।

a.Google Play Store

b. Google Play Services

c. Google Service Framework

d. Download Manager

3. Restart your android

4. Now again go to settings>> Accounts>>Add your g-mail account

5. Restart again  and then accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings 

6. Rerun Google Play Store and update or install your app.

উল্লেখ্য যে এই পদক্ষেপ গুলো নেওয়ার জন্য আপনার কোন Apps বা Games হারাবেনা।
